1-Gated parking with remote control. 2-Internet connection available. 3- English/French family.
4-Pets are accepted on reservation – please note that the garden is not fully fenced.
5-An extra single bed with breakfast is available for 30 euros – above 12 years of age. Under 12 the first child is free. Note a cot is available.
6-Rates reduced by 10 euros for single occupancy. 7-Breakfast is included in the above prices at 5 euros. Served 8.30 to 10am.
8-Rooms are non smoking.
9-30% deposit to be paid on reservation. Cancellation more than 3 wks before arrival = full repayment of deposit. 3 to 2 wks = 66% of deposit repaid. 2 to 1 wk = 33% of deposit repaid. Less than 1 wk = no repayment. Full booking amount due once stay has started.
10-Arrivals between 4pm & 7pm (outside these hours by agreement please). Departure by 11am.
11-Unfortunately we cannot accept card payments. Deposit payable in Euros or UK Sterling. Balance payable in Euros.
